And we know that none of the skate magazines out there approach skating this way. To do justice to skating, we felt it needed a new magazine.

WHO IS BEHIND BAIL?. Bail is published by Independents' Day Media, the same company that produceds the long-running, highly-influential, and award-winning Punk Planet magazine. Cribbing from the very playbook that Punk Planet has spent almost a decade perfecting--small budget, small crew, big results--Bail hit the ground running in 2003. Bail is art-directed by Andy Mueller, the art director of Lakai footwear and the owner of Ohio Girl.
